OEM & private label hand tool programs
A private-label tool program covers more than the tool: specification, marking, packaging, documentation and the brief that ties them together. WieldMaster runs it as a project, with responsibilities and outputs agreed step by step.
How a project runs
Each step states what you provide, what WieldMaster organizes, what the partner factory carries out and what the step outputs. Commercial terms such as MOQ, tooling, lead time, price and certification scope are project-specific and confirmed in writing before production.
1. Submit your product list
- You provide: models or categories, target market, packaging and branding idea, expected order profile.
- WieldMaster organizes: an initial requirement review against the brand and market context.
- Output: a structured project brief.
2. Product and factory matching
- WieldMaster organizes: matching the brief to partner factory capability and confirming the feasible options.
- Partner factory: confirms the production scope it can support.
- Output: a shortlist of options with direction on specification and quotation.
3. Specification confirmation
- You confirm: material, dimension, performance, marking, branding and packaging requirements.
- WieldMaster organizes: the agreed specification and packaging brief.
- Output: a frozen specification for sampling.
4. Sample and document review
- You review: samples, labels and packaging artwork.
- WieldMaster organizes: samples plus the quality documents available for the item.
- Output: sample and pre-production approval.
5. Production coordination
- WieldMaster organizes: production, inspection, packing and delivery milestones against the approved brief.
- Partner factory: carries out the assigned production scope.
- Output: inspected goods prepared for shipment.
6. Program follow-up
- WieldMaster organizes: continued project follow-up and the next steps for repeat or expanded orders.
- Output: an agreed path to the next order.
What is confirmed per project
- MOQ and tooling arrangements are confirmed per quotation and per category.
- Lead time is confirmed against the approved specification, packaging and order profile.
